Weight has always been a fluctuating journey for me. Mostly because of my addiction to fake food. Pregnancy also brought on a lot of additional pounds which really became really difficult to get off after. Since switching to a plant-based diet, I have lost 20 lbs 3 in months!
However, My goal is bigger than 20 lbs and I know that I could be leaner and achieve even more benefits from losing more. My Goal from the beginning was 60 lbs. and I have successfully achieved 20 with 40 more to go! I want to commit to this goal and blog as a way to keep accountable to my readers and to be encouraged! I hope that through my efforts you are inspired that anyone can achieve health! Even people that are addicted to food the way I have been!
