Sweat and Burn Under 20 min Everyday

IF you think the only way to burn fat, tone and lose weight is with long rigorous workouts then allow me to rock your world. If you were told that you only needed to commit to 15 minutes of working out a day would it motivate you to start?

For the past year I have put this theory to the test and I assure you that I have never experiences results better than with burst and HIIT style training.
